The candidate will be responsible for: · Assist in all types of cleaning indoors and outdoors of building in all different areas when necessary or requested. · Cleaning of streets, parking lots, as well as grass and curb lines. · Work outdoors in all types of weather · Operating backpack leaf blowers, pressure washers. · Outside Porter Experience a plus. . Must have reliable transportation. . Must have a valid driver's license. . Must be able to work weekends and holidays. . Must be able to use am industrial pressure washer and driving with a trailer. Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm with Saturdays and Sundays off Qualifications: Criminal background check (Required) US work authorization (Required)
