Job Title: Service Repair Technician Reports Directly to: Service Manager Job Requirements: • Valid driver’s license • Good knowledge of commercial roofing practices. • Assess the condition of a roof and determine where leaks are located. • Skills to perform a wide variety of commercial roof repairs. • Effectively communicate with clients. • Properly fill out paper work for each job. • Document all work using digital camera. • Inventory the supplies on his truck. • Lift 75lbs and climb ladders. • Good knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
