Cleanup garage, take down shelves

Hello- I am looking for someone to help with - taking down shelving in the garage, cutting the wooden shelves and disposing them. (Posting picture of the shelves here.) - helping move things (I have some 1 x 8 wooden boards and some extra boxes of flooring left. I want them moved to one place. This should take less than 2 hours. - take all trash out from garage. I cleaned the garage and need to have trash taken out.
