Description

In person Realtor CE at the STAR Board. Two free CE classes will be presented plus a catered lunch. Live and in person at the STAR Board of Realtors Join us for our first event Nov. 12 from 10:45am to 2:45pm. A catered lunch will be served between class. Registration is required. Well and Septic Inspections is the first class which will focus on the process of inspecting water wells and septic systems. We will discuss the process, paperwork necessary and frequent issues and solutions. What to Expect when You Are Inspecting Learn about the home inspection industry as well as what buyers and sellers should expect during the process. We will also discuss what inspectors inspect and how they report it. In addition, we will discuss how to control and manage the inspection process for best results.
