Ecstatic Dance has been used since ancient times to tap into a trance state that promotes spiritual awakening, physical stamina, emotional well being as well as mental clarity. Chakras are energy centers in our physical body that are associated with our endocrine system. When our energetic body is blocked due to suppressed emotions, it affects our endocrine system directly and reflects on our physical body as disease, sickness, or any kind of disturbance. It's essential to release all suppressed emotions to have a healthy body. We are going to awaken the Kundalini energy to balance our chakras, therefore, healing the body and the mind through the power of sound and dancing! We are going to dance freely and celebrate our existence by balancing and activating our chakras. At the end of our ecstatic dance, we will close our ritual with a magical sound bath to evoke our endless creation capacity and attune with our own manifestation power while healing!
