Description

Wanted Full-time: Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repair of the building interior and exterior experience in power washing, spraying, prepping, water sealing, drywall and painting. Commercial Painting, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Adhere to the preventative maintenance program for the Community. Perform minor maintenance replacement and repair in areas of painting, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and minor building repairs through daily work orders as long as a permit is not required to conduct the job. Report any and all problems, including items that may not be in the list of responsibilities to the Maintenance Supervisor.
