Puppyland withdrew their final appeal of a judgment in an Idaho case where Puppyland was accused of selling to us a mixed breed dog misrepresented as a pure breed dog which was actually sourced from JAKs, a puppy distributor who was found by the Iowa AG to have been involved in an illegal puppy laundering scheme in that state. Puppyland's employees told us all of puppyland's dogs were pure breeds, and then gave us fake pedigree papers as proof. Their customer contract was also found by the Judge to be extremely misleading & the Idaho AG's office has contacted Puppyland about having an illegal provision in their contracts penalizing customers from publicly providing honest feedback about Puppyland. Puppyland withdrew and accepted the Judgement within an hour of discovery requests being submitted to the court demanding evidence of puppy sourcing and other documentation attempting to validate their source of puppies and other evidence of related misconduct.
