I have a one bedroom apartment that is filled with trash and tenants old belongings. Very bad condition, strong odor and lots of flies.
We will have a dumpster outside, and everything in the unit needs to be carried out.
Due to the gross condition of the unit, I am offering $40 per hour per person, one or two man crew.
This is likely 1-2 days work.
Work needs to be done starting Monday 10/25
