Description
Sew a rice and lavender filled microwavable neck warmer. Come sew with Kim at the shop! In this class we will be filling an internal sack with rice, lavender buds, and lavender essential oils (OR, just rice, unscented is fine too!), sewing that sack up, and sewing an external removable cover for it with a velcro closure. This is a fun class, (it smells fantastic)! HINT: They make great holiday gifts! You have 2 options for fabric: You can choose to use the fabric I will provide (I will have many prints on hand) Or, you can bring your own fabric! If you are bringing your own fabric, you will need about 12" x 30" of FLANNEL fabric. Please be sure you PRE-WASH, DRY, and PRESS (if necessary) before class! (If you do not pre-wash and dry your fabric, your finished product will shrink after your first washing. Boo)! SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate. (you must have previous sewing knowledge, and be able to navigate and use your sewing machine without much help) ***If bringing your own machine please be SURE it is working before class! This is an INDOOR class. Face masks are mandatory. I agree to terms in waiver - By purchasing ticket, you are agreeing to terms in waiver. Please contact us if you would still like to sign up for this class, but have issue with any part of waiver.
