We're throwing a party and you're invited! Join us Friday November 5th, 2021 at 7:00PM for our first Sparkling Wine Tasting We'll be featuring a 4 course pairing starting off with a cocktail hour reception featuring Zardetto Prosecco, Classic Mimosas & Mango Mimosas paired with a citrus poached salmon crostini over live sour cream with salmon caviar. Our first seated selection with be a pairing of Janz Premium Cuvee, from Tazmania with a crispy lobster cake topped with mango salsa. The featured pairing of the evening will be a Sparkling Rose from Los Dos Vineyards located in Catalonia, Spain paired with seared duck breast in blackberry walnut sauce with mushroom risotto. And we will finish the evening with Vietto Moscato d'Asti from Piemonte, Italy paired with homemade mandarin stuffed crepe with Nutella drizzle. Yum!!!
