Pre-Convention Meeting will accept 20 pre-registered and vaccinated guests in the Mercer Library. Pre-Convention meetings are an opportunity for clergy, lay delegates, alternates, youth delegates, and all interested persons to meet with Bishop Provenzano and diocesan staff to discuss business coming before Convention. The Pre-convention meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 28, 2021, 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm. This will be a hybrid event. Attendees participating virtually will need internet access and an electronic device such as a computer, smart phone, or tablet. In person attendance will be limited to twenty persons. Register here for in person participation. In person attendees are required to provide proof of full COVID vaccination or a negative Covid PCR (not rapid) test within 3 days.
