As severe weather continues to cause damage to commercial and residential properties across the country, we are excited at the challenge to keep up with the demand from insurance companies to respond to these emergencies. Certified restoration technicians are in high demand across the country. Our industry is growing every year, and not affected by the state of the economy like most construction trades. We are actively seeking Junior Restoration Technicians As a Junior Restoration Technician at Cleanway (starting on $17/hour), you will be given a mentor and receive on-the-job training in the basics of water and fire restoration. After 6 months, we will sponsor your Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) industry certification, upon which you will graduate to a Senior Restoration Technician position ($22/hour), and thereafter have multiple advancement opportunities. Minimum Requirements: • Professionally represent the Cleanway model of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. • Must pass criminal background check • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must speak conversationally, read and understand English • Technician must be able to lift 75 pounds • Able to climb a ladder. • Able to work in confined spaces. • Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity. • Excellent interpersonal/communication and customer service skills • Maintains professional appearance and attitude at all times • Comfortable with electronically documenting work • Works well with others in a team environment We have a rotating on-call schedule. Some evening and weekend hours are necessary as we are a 24/7 disaster response company. Successful employees will receive bonus pay if called out while on rotation.
