Part Time- Commercial building maintenance. Looking for individual who needs part time work, 1 to 4 hours per day flexible. Jack of all trades preferred. Cleaning, replacing lights, replacing batteries in various devices, sweeping, mopping, basic knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing. Not afraid to clean a toilet or touch up paint. Replace door hardware. Replace stained or broken ceiling tiles. Not afraid of climbing ladders or working safely from heights. Snow shoveling during winter storms. Most work is as needed so not overwhelming. In other words Janitors perform most cleaning duties but you may be asked to clean up a coffee spill or unplug a toilet etc.. Must be a self starter and capable of working alone. Perfect for semi retired or capable part time college student. Must be over 18 and capable of obtaining a DOE security badge.
