Join us on Saturday, November 13th, for a party on the rooftop of our new restaurant and cider bar to celebrate our 5-Year Anniversary! After a bit of a delay due to moving to our new restaurant this summer, we're *finally* ready to celebrate five years of Ash & Elm Cider Co. with all of our closest cider friends! That's you! Join us on Saturday, November 13th, for a party on the rooftop and in our new restaurant and cider bar. Take in the beautiful downtown views, watch the sunset, and see the city come to life while you try some amazing, limited-release ciders. We'll have heat lamps, a fire pit, an indoor space to warm up, a selection of warming foods available for purchase, and plenty of entertainment to keep you occupied. While rooftop capacity is limited, our restaurant will be open all day. You'll be able to go back and forth between the two spaces as availability opens up. Please note: some of these ciders are very limited and it is likely we'll run out of certain options during the party. :::: VIP HOURS FROM 12-2PM :::: Want to ensure you get to sample all of our limited edition ciders and have first dibs on taking some home? Purchase a ticket for our VIP hours. For $20, you will receive a commemorative sampling glass, drink tickets good for six five-ounce pours, and first dibs on our very limited supply of Bourbon Barrel Aged Autumntide available in cans. ::: GENERAL ADMISSION FROM 2-8PM ::: With a free GA ticket, you will get rooftop access and your chance to try out some of our exclusive anniversary ciders. We'll have five limited-quantity Autumntide variations available, so if you like our fall pumpkin cider, you'll go nuts for some of these flavors: 1. Bourbon Barrel-Aged Autumntide - made with locally grown and roasted sugar pumpkins and aged in West Fork Whisky bourbon barrels. 2. Berry Autumntide - Autumntide paired with a dry berry cider. This one tastes like Thanksgiving in a glass! 3. Chocolate Pecan Autumntide - Made with cocoa nibs and whole roasted pecans. 4. PSL Autumntide - Made with cold brew coffee and lactose sugar. 5. Fig Vanilla Autumntide - A fall-forward fig-newton style cider!
