Trying to find him a new home

This is Dexter. He is my cousin's dog and they have to rehome him because their house caught fire and are staying somewhere where he can't go. He is good with other dogs after a little while but my dogs don't like him. He is not the best around cats. (he doesn't attack them he just chases them) I am asking for a small rehoming fee so I know he doesn't go to a bad place. He is a Beagle mix and is fixed. I think he would do good on a farm or somewhere that has a fenced yard. I am located in whiting IN.
