I am looking for 1-2 people who are good with their hands, and even better with simple hand tools. Precision work, but not complicated. FT 1099 contract position. (You file and pay your own taxes.) Pay is based on ability. Minimum starting pay is $15/hour, and payday is EVERY Friday. You get Saturdays, Sundays, & Federal holidays off, but overtime/weekend work is frequently available for those go-getters. If you get the job, you will train for 2-3 days in the field. This is a time for me to assess your abilities, and for you to decide if the job is a good fit for you. I pay cash at the end of each training day. That way, if it doesn’t work for either of us, we can choose to walk away at any point, with nothing owed. This is a FULL TIME, long term position, with ample income potential, upward mobility, and growth opportunities. I will ONLY consider serious inquiries. The successful candidate(s) will have or be ALL of the following: 1. At least 21 years old 2. Valid DL 3. Reliable transportation 4. Smart phone capable of sending and receiving texts, pics, and emails 5. Willing to work anywhere in the Houston metro area 6. FT M-F availability (7:30am-5:30pm) 7. Ability to lift and carry 80lbs 8. Willing to follow detailed directions 9. Exceptional attention to detail 10. Mastery of the English language 11. Able to communicate thoroughly and problem solve independently. **If all 11 items aren’t met, you WILL NOT be considered for a position! Don’t waste your time, or mine. Corporate casual dress code: Weather appropriate work pants/shorts, belt, comfortable footwear (you provide), and a company polo or T-shirt (I provide). I DO NOT care how you look.
