The HT Group is looking for some candidates for Make Ready in Orange. Hours are M-F 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch. Pay is $15hr. This is a temp position lasting 1-2 months but could turn into a temp to hire. Ensures that all vacant apartment units are restored timely to market-ready status.Essential duties include but are not limited to: Perform general repairs and assist in the overall maintenance of the interior and exterior of the propertyFilling nail holes, repairing sheet rock, painting, removing trash and cleaningLight electrical, plumbing, and carpentryRepairing or replacing door locks, fans, blinds ext.Make ready units for new move-insMust be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighting up to 50 lbs.Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. ** If you meet the above requirements, please submit your resume over for immediate consideration. **
