Dish at Dover Bay and Ken Wright Cellars team up to bring you November's Wine Dinner! Wednesday November 17th, Ken Wright Cellars and Dish at Dover Bay will be showcasing what truly great wine and food can be. The amazing wine from Ken Wright featuring three different Pinot Noir's will be paired with the quality cuisine you know and love from Dish at Dover Bay. This will be the only place you can try some of these outstanding wines in North Idaho so you won't want to miss this event! Please help us make these wine dinners a success. Please be sure when signing up for the wine dinners that you truly have intent on coming. Please cancel at least 72 hours before the event if you have a conflict with attending. **If you are sick, we appreciate you calling us and canceling no matter how close to the event we are. Doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $129 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you have certain people you would like to sit with during the event (single reservations will be grouped together unless otherwise noted) or if you have any dietary requests, please email [email protected] with your requests. We will do our best with dietary requests, but some things can not be changed so let us know and we will be happy to try and work with you. Check out the menu below! Savoya Chardonnay (2019 ) Parmesan crusted dungeness crab cake with arugula pesto, lemon-dill cream cheese aioli, and radish sprouts. Carter Pinot Noir (2018) “Beet Wellington” with goat cheese and crimini mushroom duxelles, smoked shallot bordelaise, and spring onion relish. Tyrus Evan Syrah (2019) Shiitake mushroom risotto cake with duck confit, duck liver (foie gras) demi, and house duck bacon and truffle-fennel salad. Shea Pinot Noir (2018) Reverse seared prime grade New York Strip, rosemary-pink peppercorn beurre rouge, gorgonzola smashed potatoes, and a rosemary onion ring. Willamette Valley Pinot Noir (2020) Pistachio-dark chocolate tart with gluten free chocolate cookie crust .
