Join us in person OR virtually as we take a look at the the pros and cons of various construction delivery approaches. Event Description There are many project delivery models available when trying to construct a building, but which is "best" depends upon the specific goals for the individual project and owner. Vince Ward, Business Development Director with Weitz Company will be providing an overview of the pros and cons of various approaches including Design-Bid-Build (with General Contractor), Design/Build (with General Contractor), and Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) and will highlight which approach might make the most sense in a given situation. Participants will come away with a better understanding of the most often utilized construction project delivery methods.
