The WCC affirms and sustains the professionalism and success of women throughout the construction industry. Please join us and consider sponsoring this event. Proceeds from tickets and sponsorships will benefit the WCC, our Julia Morgan Society Clubs, and our Scholarship programs. Mentoring the next generation and encouraging young women to enter the trades or the construction industry. Come and learn how the Women's Construction Coalition was founded and how the women shaped our organization through the years to become what it is today. Women’s Construction Coalition affirms and sustains the professionalism and success of women throughout the construction industry. We Build - We build success through achievement and collaborative partnerships. We Examine - We examine and influence public policy issues affecting our members. We Educate - We educate and cultivate economic development by bringing together contractors, public agencies, and service organizations. We Mentor -  We mentoring the next generation of successful leaders in the construction industry. We Empower - We are a non-profit 501c (3) organization that seeks to empower, enlighten and elevate women in the construction industry.
