Join me for an interactive, fun storytime with bursts of music topped off with parachute play! The Public Library is not planning to begin Storytime again anytime soon and I miss it! Join me at my home(outdoors) for October Storytime! I'll begin with read-aloud books of varying lengths and topics based on the age of the children who attend that day (I plan for all ages and customize on the spot). I interject music and movement as I see fit and then bring out the large parachute for group cooperative play where we have fun building vocabulary, following directions, and developing fine and gross motor skills. Everything I do along the way has developmental skills embedded into the interactive play. Children learn best through play! The suggested donation is $5 per person (adult and children).
