FERN VALLEY FARM Kid's Cooking School -All Things Italian Join us for our first Kid's Cooking School -All Italian event at Fern Valley Farm. Making memories at Fern Valley Farm! November 14th, 2-5 pm. Dinner will be served to your child's chosen Adult guest at the end of the day! MUST BE Ages 10-18, Cost $45 Learning all things Italian with Kids! Cooking techniques will include: 1- Learn how to use a Pasta machine to make homemade authentic Italian Ravioli 2 - Create an authentic Italian salad with Made in Italy Balsamic Vinegar and Italian cheese 3 - Learn how to make authentic Italian Gnocchi Soup 4 - Create our favorite Italian version of Crème Brule 5 - Learn serving techniques, how to set a dinner table for guests, create your own Italian centerpiece. How to seat and serve guests. 6 - Invite a parent to join you for the final dinner event. 7 - Take home all the recipes so that you can show off your talents at home. Dinner is served AT 5 PM.
