Come out and race a few laps around the indoor track or enjoy many other activities at Flags and Wheels with your friends. The entire facility will be reserved for Ellsworth AFB patrons must be a DoD cardholder with access to Ellsworth AFB Flags and Wheels is located in Rapid City, Transportation will not be provided. Free | Open to Deployed Affected | Dorm Residents 21 November 10 AM - 12 PM Age restrictions apply for some activities at the venue. Release forms must be signed by a parent or guardian accordingly. Parents must accompany children. All participants must register to attend. Minimum participation is 30. Maximum is 100.
