1) Inspection - $20 2) Lawn maintence bid: $100 (trees, vines, bushes etc), need photos documenting quantity needing to be trimmed but that is our estimated bid subject to reviewing your photos 3) Lock change: $35, changing front and back locks, we will cover the cost of the locks 4) Smoke detectors $40, we will cover cost of the smoke detectors 5) Debris removal: $60 $12/cubic yard, estimating 5 cubic yards for now but could be more 6) Property cleaning: $75 Total: Need property broom swept cleaned; Wipe all counters, cabinets, drawers, under sink, windowsills, fan blades, lighting fixtures, baseboards/molding, bath tubs and enclosures, and remove cob webs from all corners. Sweep and mop all floors, vacuum carpets including stairs and closets. Sweep garage floor and remove ash from fireplaces. Clean toilets, Sinks, Tubs, Showers. Clean out any appliances that have been left in the home. Must have a smartphone and be able to take photos via my app. Pay is to be by Zelle or Cashapp immediately upon completion.
