Our series class is designed to prepare you for the childbirth experience. Topics covered include but are not limited to; discomforts of pregnancy, stages of labor, comfort measures, hospital routines and medical procedures.
This class will be held in lower level classroom 1 in the East Tower. This class we be held 2 consecutive Tuesday evenings 11/9 & 11/16, from 6pm-9pm.
