ANIMATED REALITIES begins with a psychedelic sci-fi feature by René Laloux is a hallmark of cult animation! René Laloux’s psychedelic Sci-fi French animated classic in which enslaved humans are the pets and play things for giant blue aliens. A human pet escapes it’s captor and joins up with radicals that are resisting the aliens' oppression and violence. Sporting a marvelous jazz score and ultra surreal cut out style by Roland Topor, Fantastic Planet takes you into a bizarre world of wondrous creatures and otherworldly landscapes. Proof of vaccination or proof of negative test within the past 48 hours will be required to enter Stray Cat FIlm Center. Please contact us with any questions.
