Description
Lifting the Veil is women's collective workshop using movement, sacred plant healing, storytelling to create a bridge between worlds. Lifting the Veil is women's collective workshop using movement, sacred plant healing, storytelling and intention to create a bridge between worlds. Women in their natural ways connect the physical realm and the spiritual. We will be working as a collective to fully embody the magic of this sacred connection. We will be connecting with the sacred spirit of cacao and mugwort plants through tea ceremony and meditation. As well as fully embodying ourselves in a led fire ceremony. This workshop will be held between worlds in both an indoor and outdoor environment. It is advised that warm layers are worn and an outdoor friendly blanket is brought for the dance and meditation portion; a journal will also be necessary. We will be offering a small takeaway gift at the end. As this is a mostly outdoor event we ask that participants use their discretion about whether to mask. It is most important we honor our bodies and those around us in having an awareness of our own health. There are sliding scale ticket options we ask that for those who are able to pay the full cost please do to support those on the lower end of the scale, it is collective generosity. This is also a generative space, if participants are Creatives of any kind (i.e. artists, jewelry designers, candle/soapmakers) they are welcome to bring a small selection of their offerings to share. Please message us beforehand with what you would like to bring for the end of the ceremony.
