STEM is based curriculums help to improve students competitiveness in science and technology development.  Annually, the West Metro Rotary Club sponsors and chaperones local high school students to different facilities such as Boeing, BMW, Nephron, Pure Power Technologies, Lexington Medical Center, etc., to help demonstrate the importance of these academic disciplines.  It allows local high school students a chance to witness “first hand” the opportunities available to them and hopefully provide some inspiration to those who are not sure about the next step after high school. We are neighbors, community leaders, and global citizens uniting for the common good.  We have clubs and programs that can help you increase skills, gain world understanding, and make lifelong friendships—all while making a real difference in your community.
