We are hosting open interviews from 9:00AM - 12:00PM!!!! This Saturday, 10/23/2021 at the Fairfield by Marriott Banquet Hall, 9033 West McDowell Road, Tolleson, 85353, AZ. Come Join us! TW Services, is a 3rd party unloading service for food distribution centers and other retailers across the country. We're looking for unloaders to join our team at the warehouse in Phoenix, AZ. This position is direct hire, full time, and permanent. Responsibilities: Responsible for operating powered equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting product. Responsible for checking all inbound and outbound products. Ensures products are free of damage and infestation, confirm product counts are properly recorded and products match customer requirements. Using Clamp/ Forklift. Work Schedule: - 5- days weekly - 6:00AM to 2:30PM Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using a sit-down propane forklift, clamp forklift, or other power equipment 50-80% of specified shift. Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded. Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy. Comply with all OSHA and SDS standards. Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary. Changes equipment battery or LP tank and monitors power source as necessary. Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Assist in physical inventories. Complete daily pre-operation inspection of equipment. Perform additional duties as assigned by management Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to spend 50% of time operating powered material handling equipment Basic familiarity with general warehousing Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work specified shifts Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules Ability to read, understand, and follow directions Working knowledge of warehouse management system equipment
