Luncheon to celebrate the difference Impact Las Vegas Members are making in the community; hear from guest speakers & Grant Award recipients You're Invited! Each November Impact Las Vegas Members get together to celebrate how we are making a difference in our community! This year, our 2020 Grant recipient, Foster Kinship and our 2021 Grant recipient, The Just One Project, will be on hand to tell us how they are putting our Grant Awards to use in Southern Nevada and we would love to have you join us! Please RSVP and buy your ticket NO LATER THAN Wednesday, November 1st! You are welcome to bring a friend to share in our celebration and to learn more about us and how we're improving our community. You will get a chance to meet our Members and hear first-hand from our past two Grant Award recipients about how we are making a difference. And this year, we are excited to welcome a very special guest speaker! For those of you who are long-term Las Vegans, and even for those of us who may have only recently begun to call Las Vegas “home”, you have probably heard the name, Punam Mathur. Punam Mathur is a Las Vegas treasure. A business owner, speaker, trainer, and writer who also serves as Executive Director of the Elaine P. Wynn & Family Foundation, Punam has a long history as a champion and advocate for diversity, public education, eradicating hunger, and foster care – just to name a few! Her honors are numerous and the accolades incredibly well-deserved. We are honored to have her speak as we celebrate the difference WE are making in Southern Nevada. AND it is time to celebrate that Impact. So join us won't you? Seating is limited, so RSVP today! Impact Las Vegas is a nonprofit women’s philanthropic collective giving group based in Las Vegas. Membership in Impact Las Vegas consists of women who donate at least $1,000 by December 31st each year. Membership donations are pooled to fund an annual high-impact grant to a Southern Nevada nonprofit organization in one of five focus areas:  culture, education, environment, family, or health & wellness.  One hundred percent of a Member's $1,000 donation is returned to the community in the form of a grant. In June the following year Impact Las Vegas members each cast one vote to determine the nonprofit grant recipients for that year.   Visit our website www.impact-lv.org for more information.
