Being one of the most time-efficient workouts on the market, it's program is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout in while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance while burning up to 750 calories per class. The team mentality at F45 Training helps members transform their lifestyle physically and mentally while encouraging community growth and a no-ego attitude. Our local studios F45 Summerlin, F45 Henderson, and F45 Las Vegas Arts District come together with the community to support local charities and causes each year. This year we have selected the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth to support their programs to stabilize homeless teens' lives, meeting their immediate needs, and providing a safe, supportive environment and a path to self-sufficiency. Anyone and everyone are welcome! We encourage you to come with your friends and family, kids, and your pets of course! You have the option to walk, jog, or run this 5K event with the start times staggered to accommodate each of the strides.
