Maintenance Support Staff Location: Mill Spring, NC Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm Benefits: *PTO/Sick Time accrual starting from first day *Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits *Company funded Life Insurance *Retirement plan with company match *Free meals Pay: Starts at $14 per hour Responsibilities: *Mowing, raking, planting, trimming, and watering the campus grounds *Works with the team on routine vehicle maintenance *Works on minor building projects and modifications *Maintains all equipment *Other maintenance related duties as assigned Qualifications: *Must be at least 21 years of age or older in order to be on organization’s insurance *At least 6 months of experience in a maintenance position *Landscaping and grounds keeping skills *Construction and vehicle maintenance skills *Ability to perform work outside in all types of weather *Ability to provide significant physical effort such as, but not limited to standing and moving for extended periods of time *Bending and lifting *Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed *CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
