Dave Andrews opened for Joe Nichols in the early 2000's and since then has recorded multiple hits and continued his shows and tours. Andrews' brother was killed in the line of duty in 2005, which is when he stepped away from country music and focused on rebuilding life with his family. After this fatal event Andrews searched and found music again with his friend Kevin Sharp, who was also a country super star. In 2008 Dave Andrews returned to Nashville and began the uphill climb back to success in the Country Music Industry.
