Project Green Fork (PGF) and the Memphis Food Waste Project are hosting the Reharvest Memphis Event on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. Join us! Project Green Fork (PGF) and the Memphis Food Waste Project will host the Reharvest Memphis fundraising event on November 16, 2021 to raise awareness of sustainability efforts in the restaurant industry and highlight the importance of repurposing surplus food. This unique, immersive, and interactive experience will highlight local chefs and industry partners. Notable chefs from the PGF community preparing will discuss and serve hors d’ oeuvres using surplus food. Tell a friend and we hope to see you there!
