If you are a 45-60 year old woman struggling with s3xual desire, s3xual arousal, or reaching completion, you are not alone. You may have noticed as you're aging that your desire, ability for pleasure, and connection to your inner spark have waned. We're here to help you reignite it! Tracy will be your guide as you get to know your most intimate self and celebrate the beauty of aging. Through yoga and meditation practice as well as soothing sound healing, You will learn to reignite your passion through heart-mind-body harmony. This workshop is a unique opportunity to be present with your body, mind, and spirit to ignite your s3xual energy and expand your sense of pleasure. You will leave the workshop with an understanding of your s3xuality and how holistic practices can enhance your pleasurable experiences. Featuring Tracy Sisk, MA/Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (IMH21354), Kathy Bowen, Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT, and Jenny Stafford, Certified Sound & Vibrational Therapy Practitioner, CSVTP. Schedule of Events: 1. Introductions: 25 minutes 2. Yoga/meditation: 45 minutes Break: 15 minutes 3. Psych-ed: 45 minutes (includes time to journal) Break:15 minutes 4. Sound healing: 45 minutes 5. Journaling/break as needed: 15 minutes 6. Dyad process: 15 minutes 7. Closing/learning harvest: 20 minutes Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and any other props you enjoy using during your practice, and a water bottle. Light allergy-friendly snacks and tea will be provided. Parking is available in our lot in front of the building or on 1st Ave N. There is also an accessible entrance and additional parking in the rear of our building in the alley.
