Activism, Networking, and Learning opportunity. Come join the AAUW for great food and a chance to hear the astonishing Ellen Smith speak This event is a chance for community members to come out learn and support the Afghan, Iraqi, Kurdish Refugees. The highly sought after Ellen Smith founder of Keeping Our Promise organization will be speaking with us and informing what we can do to help the cause. Before Ellen speaks there will be a Wine and Sign In hour and a Buffet Dinner ($25/person). This is a hybrid event, join us in person or on zoom. The speaker potion is free so come for the whole event or come for just the speaker, whichever portions suit your interest. We do ask that all participants are fully vaccinated and bring a mask, as well as show their card upon arrival.
