Friends House is seeking a full-time housekeeper/custodian for our facility located in the heart of the Rincon Valley. This Environmental Services Technician performs daily cleaning and disinfecting tasks of resident apartments, guest rooms, assisted living units, common areas, restrooms, offices, clinic areas and any other areas assigned in accordance with the standard procedures of the Housekeeping Department. All customer service will be delivered with respect, dignity, and compassion while promoting the individuality and comfort of all residents. We are seeking candidates with the desire and willingness to work in a collaborative environment for the improved care and satisfaction of our residents. Qualifications, Training and Experience Must be able to communicate clearly with residents, managers, and other personnel. The job entails working on your feet most of the day with much lifting, stooping, bending and the ability to push, pull or lift up to 30 lbs. There is a probability of exposure to cleaning chemicals and infectious diseases. Requirements: Criminal background clearance with the DOJ and FBI Physical clearance by company doctor including COVID-19 vaccination, negative COVID-19 test, and negative TB test Flexibility with schedule and available to occasionally work weekends and holidays
