Avenue5 is growing, and we are in search of a porter/groundskeeper to join our team! We’re looking for a talented porter/groundskeeper who will be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots and other areas of the assigned property. Responsibilities include: * Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property on a daily basis. * Assist in the preparation of market ready units. * Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc. * Assist with property emergencies. * Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community, as directed.
