Rehoming young male cat

When we moved in there were two kittens living around the house. His brother was hit in the road so he was brought in and has been living inside for almost a year. He would love to be an outside cat again, but I can't stand to see him dead in the road. He is just over a year old now and is great with large and small dogs, kids, and probably other cats too once he settles in. He knows how to use a litter box and would probably love a scratching post. He doesn't tear up furniture and hasn't had an accident in the house. He really is a wonderful cat. The downside is he needs to be fixed and have all his shots. I don't have the time or money to have him fixed and he isn't getting the attention he deserves here. I would like a small rehoming fee to ensure he is going to someone who will care for and love him like he deserves. I have a litter box, scoop, whatever litter is left, and whatever food is left when he goes to a new home. Please give this guy a home! You won't find a better cat.
