Learn the art of food fermentation with Dane from The Distant Whistle Brewhouse!
🌻Time: Register for either time 4:00 or 6:00 (24 Total Seats Available- REGISTRATION REQUIRED AHEAD OF TIME)
🌻What are we making:
In this Fermenting Workshop, taught by Dane Bosel (Owner of The Distant Whistle Brewhouse) each participant will leave with a 16oz jar of food, a fermentation weight and stainless airlock lid.
Food choices will be:
Giardiniera, fermented red onions, or fermented garlic asparagus
🌻Cost: $20 Registration Required- There are limited supplies, so get your tickets in advance if you want to get your spot! There may be some spaces available on the day that you can pay at the door, but do you want to risk being left out?
🌻Where: Wrapped in Gratitude & Oopsy Daisy 105 S. Main Street, Vicksburg Michigan
