Join us to decorate and build a cookie platter! In this beginner workshop you will learn the basics of cookie decorating while creating a Fall Platter of 9 cookies. You will learn about Icing consistencies, Outline, Flood, Wet on wet, Add texture, Color theory, cookie arrangements and how to preserve cookies. You will take home: * Recipes for perfect cookies and icing. * Shopping list for ingredients. * Your cookie platter to share with friends and family. * The knowledge to create and decorate your own designs at home. Complimentary light snacks and non alcoholic beverages will be provided. No experience necessary. All supplies and tools will be provided. Kid and family friendly. All Ticket Sales Final. In the event you cannot attend class, you may sell or transfer your ticket to a friend or we will reschedule you for a future class if you notify us 5 days before the workshop date. Minimum class size is 6. If 6 students have not registered for this event, we reserve the right to cancel or change event date. In this case tickets will be refunded. Cookies are baked in a kitchen that shares equipment with peanuts, nuts, soy and other allergens. Cookies contain almond extract, eggs, dairy, and wheat.
