We’re expanding again and actively seeking an experienced HVAC Residential Duct Installer to join the Strada family. Job Duties • Installation of duct materials in residential new construction track homes. • Communicate with Field Supervisor to resolve any installation issues to ensure that duct system is free of obstruction, meets the requirements of applicable standards or building codes, and is fully functional. • Work in a professional and effective manner with builder representatives. • Having the company’s best interests in mind by utilizing materials with minimal waste. • Complete installations the first time and leave the job site clean. Qualifications • At least one year of experience with another HVAC company or completion of the Strada Services Training Program. • Desire to exceed customer expectations through excellent customer service skills. • Self-motivated and driven to get the job done to the best of their ability. • Observe all company safety rules, policies, and procedures. • Ability to use hand and power tools properly. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. • Must have a Valid Drivers License and clean MVR report.
