I'm looking to hire a concrete contractor without going through Angi's list/Home Advisor/Porch, which is apparently all the same company. This is for a slab-on-grade 800 sf foundation for a one story workshop structure with bath. Crushed rock and rigid insulation below and wire mesh in the slab. I have approved plans and am ready to get it done. Can email the.pdf of the plans / site plan. Please have references I can call and be insured/licensed/bonded. All these will be checked. If anyone has tips for a contractor I'd appreciate that also.
