Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for Janitorial Facilities for the Seattle area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with assigned customers and employees at customer sites at a schedule designated by Operations Director.
- Meet, communicate, and interact with the Account Supervisors to review notes and upcoming projects daily.
- Work with our clients to learn their needs and up-sell services as a business partner.
- Discuss with customer our full suite of services such as janitorial, floor care, exterior services and window washing.
- Work with leadership to handle dispute resolution.
- Collaborates with the VP of Operations and Facilities Services to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
- Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
- Assist in maintaining the quality of the contracted services, cost reduction opportunities for the client, employee safety practices, employee relations.
- Provide written proposals to clients for additional work requests.
- Ensures all supplies, materials, and work performed meets the quality standards set by the company.
- Conducts job-site visits/inspections as necessary to ensure company quality standards are maintained.
REQUIREMENTS:
- An experienced leader with Facilities industry experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work well with others and motivate people.
- An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
- A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus.
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
- Pass criminal background check
- Clean DMV
- Bilingual in Spanish, helpful
