MANASSAS, VA — A 7-year-old girl from Manassas died this week, several days after she was seriously injured in a car crash at the intersection of Hoadly Road and Galveston Court, according to the Prince William County Police Department. The crash occurred on Tuesday, Oct. 12 around 8 a.m., police said. A 2003 Toyota Camry with three children in its backseat was travelling northbound on Hoadly Road. The driver of the Camry, a 29-year-old woman, attempted to make the left turn onto Galveston Court while the traffic light was yellow, according to a police report. Authorities said the two vehicles "crossed paths," in the intersection. The driver of the Subaru Forester was not injured in the crash. The occupants of the Toyota Camry, an adult woman and three children, were all taken to the hospital to receive treatment for injuries. The driver of the Camry, a 6-year-old passenger, and a 2-year-old passenger suffered minor injures, police said.
