Dog walker needed

New to the area and I need a walker for my 12 year old King Cavalier mix - Madison. She needs a potty break mid-day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday usually around noon when I'm away at work. Madison weighs 22 pounds and was a rescue from the shelter in Evanston, Illinois. She is very affectionate and gets along with kids, other dogs she knows, and warms up quickly to strangers. From time to time (every other month or so) I travel out of town and need extended care for weekends, ideally in your home. BTW - we live in an apartment complex near Dixie Highway 1 and Le Jeune.
