Description
BAY SHORE, NY —A Bay Shore brewery is constructing a fully-operational outdoor tap room that may be ready as soon as November.
Great South Bay Brewery, at 25 Drexel Dr., is working on what they are dubbing a "Tipsy Terrace," a fully-functioning outdoor tap room with beer taps, a bar and games.
The space has two volleyball chairs, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and food trucks that visit Wednesday to Sunday. The space will host a summer concert series by next June, Clare Allen, the marketing manager for the brewery, told Patch.
Nearby brewery Ghost Brewing Company shares the outdoor space with Great South Bay and their beers will also be on tap at the Tipsy Terrace.
The space is slated to be open, with heat lamps, by mid-November.
