MANCHESTER, CT — Key Bank wants to revamp its automated teller area at a branch in Manchester. The bank this week submitted an application for a special exemption modification for the branch at 344 Middle Turnpike West. Key Bank wants to install a vacuum tube ATM in the existing lane.
