Need Apartment Make-Ready Person Twenty-five year company, which has never had a lay-off of any kind for any reason, needs a person(s) to help us get empty units ready to rent, and to do regular apartment/house maintenance and various odd-jobs. Person must be ready to do all types of work involved in this process. e.g., painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing, cabinet installation, flooring, etc. We are starting qualified people, who are looking for long term employment at $18. to $20. per hour with raises for those that have the skills and dependability we need..
