I have two semi-tame budgies I am looking to re-home. Blue&Yellow: hatched around April 2019 (2.5 years old) She is more tame than the other. I bought her at Pet World. Green&Yellow: hatched around February 2020 (1.5 years old) She is very attached to other bird. As mentioned above, they are SEMI-tame. When their wings were clipped, I would take them to the beach and parks and they would hang out on a low branch. Their wings are not clipped now. They are able to fly outside the cage when I am not at work. They will fly back into the cage when they are done, but they can be tricky to catch if they don’t go in willingly! I think they would be a great fit for someone who isn’t looking for a “clingy” bird, but rather a bird to add to your flock or fly around your home and keep you company from a distance. If you are an experienced bird trainer, they definitely have the potential to be hand tame! If interested, please text me the the answer to the following question: 1. What will their home environment look like? They have a very large cage now and get lots of outside cage time, and I would like their new home to be the same, if not, a larger cage and even more outside time!
